3. 💳 Affiliate, Cashback, and MLM Programs:

TFC Marketing exclusively promote Third-Party Affiliate Programs, Cashback Rewards Programs, and MLM Programs which are all totally responsible for paying out all of their own Signup Bonuses, Monthly Sales Commissions, and Referral Bonuses. We do not Guarantee any amount of Earnings and we can not be held Liable for such Program's Changes or Discontinuations.

4. 💼 Intellectual Property Rights:

All Intellectual Property Rights, including Copyrights and Trademarks associated with our Services remain the sole property of TFC Marketing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive License to use the deliverables created for your specific Advertising and Promotional efforts, which are also subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We strive to ensure all promotional and Financial Content is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant the Completeness or Reliability of any information provided.

6. 🔐 Privacy and Data Use:

We will treat all Personal Membership Registration Information as strictly confidential to any Parties other than those who are within your Line of Income. 7. ⚠️ Limitation Of Our Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by Law, our Liability to you for any Claims or Judgements arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall be limited to any money paid directly TFC Marketing under these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted according to the Laws of the State of Arizona.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.  We will provide notice of any material changes via email or on our website.  Either party may terminate this agreement with 30-Days Written Notice.

10.  💸 Payments:

Although there are no payments made directly to TFC Marketing, there are payments you can choose to make directly to your Sponsor which are outlined in the Members Area.  Any direct payments you choose to make are designed to put you into a position where you will be able to collect those very same payments from those who you Refer.

Mostly No Open Internet Third-Party Advertising

Users of this website are not allowed to participate in or display any Third-Party Payment Advertising from any Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Networks, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), TikTok Ads, or other similar broad-based Internet Ad Platforms and Ad Networks!

We do not serve, promote, or monetize content through external Ad Networks, nor do we collect or share user data for the purpose of Ad Targeting, Retargeting, or Behavioral Profiling!

All content presented on this site is free from Paid Placements, Sponsored Listings, or Algorithmically Served Advertisements. Any references to Third-Party Platforms are strictly informational and do not imply Endorsement, Affiliation, or Commercial Partnership!
